Knives & More Here is a sampling of the types of knives I make and that are available for purchase. All knives are hand forged using high carbon steel such as 5160, 1080, 1084, W2 and few other steels. I enjoy making my own Damascus steel by hand and having the control over the patterns that emerge. The products on this page will be changing.
